Use a Photo as My Slide Background?

Go to the Backdrop panel, in the right side Panels area, turn off the Color Wash checkbox at the top, then turn on the Background Image checkbox in the middle, and you’ll see a small square that says, “Drag background image from filmstrip to here.” Do just that, and—blammo—the image you dropped in there becomes the background. However, when it comes in, it’s “full power” (meaning it’s not nicely backscreened behind your image, like the one you see above), so I recommend two things: (1) Change your Background Color to white (as seen here, where I clicked on the Background Color swatch and, in the Background Color picker, I switched the color from black to white. This makes the backscreened effect look much better). And, (2) lower the image’s Opacity using the slider right below the Background Image well (as shown above). Now this image will appear behind all the slides in your slide show.
