Save My Brush Settings as a Preset?

In the Adjustment Brush panel, click on the word “Custom” just to the right of the word “Effect” and, from the pop-up menu that appears, choose Save Current Settings as New Preset, as seen here. Give your new preset a name (seen above right), and now your preset will be added to this menu so you can get to those same brush settings in the future with just one click.
